    How do you print from maxisys and also how does the remote help work ?

     Hi, Maxisys cannot connect with printer directly for printing. You'll need to download Maxisys PC Suite Program V2.02 (login Autel ID and there is PC Suite under Your Account) on a PC and print via printer software. 
    For remote on Maxisys, you need to install Team Viewer on a PC first. Then you can control the Maxisys remotely with ID of it. Thanks!
